*Admins can manage Accounting, Recruiter, and Viewer roles only.

Inviting team members

From Team, click Invite Team Member, enter their email, select a role, and send. If your company uses AI Outbound Talent Search, Owners and Admins can also assign per-user search quotas from the same page. See Search quotas.

Changing roles

Owners can change any role. Admins can change Accounting, Recruiter, and Viewer roles. Changes take effect immediately.
You can’t remove or demote the last Owner. This prevents accidental lockouts.
